Venus Surf Adventures
designs fun and healthy surf camps for active
women. Learn to surf in Pavones at one of the
longest left point breaks in the world. All inclusive
packages include daily surf lessons, delicious,
healthy meals, yoga in a beachfront yoga studio,
a day boat trip to the Osa peninsula for a surf
lesson and lunch, relaxing massage, jungle hikes
and animal watching in a beautiful remote area
and a DVD full of hundreds of photos of your trip.
We are located in the town of Rio Claro de Pavones,
Costa Rica, on the lush Pacific coast near the
Panamanian border.
Six
night all inclusive surf camps:
- daily surf lessons (2 hours with less than 3
students per instructor)
- use of a surfboard including all equipment:
rash guard, leash, wax
- daily yoga sessions or hikes around the Conte-Burica
rain forest reserve
- six night stay at the Riviera villas
- all meals - vegetarian breakfast and lunch prepared
by Cafe de la Suerte and dinners out at the best
local restaurants
- boat excursion to the Osa Peninsula including
a surf lesson and a jungle walk to lunch
- one 1-hour therapeutic massage
- digital photos of your surf camp on CD

What
you'll find at Venus Surf Adventures:
In southern Costa Rica, you will find a simple
life surrounded by lush jungle in a small town
named Pavones. Your typical surf camp day starts
with a tropical breakfast, such as homemade granola
and yogurt over mangoes, papayas, pineapples,
and bananas while watching the surf. You will
be surfing under the care and guidance of your
instructors, enjoying the sun and beauty of the
ocean and the long, rolling point break that makes
for a perfect learning wave. You will enjoy a
vegetarian lunch with fruit smoothies and juices.
After lunch you willl stretch out your muscles
in a beachside open air hardwood yoga studio or
on a nature walk with the monkeys, sloths, and
other wildlife. Later it will be time for a massage,
so that you can be even more relaxed for sunset
and dinner.
